Modification

You can modify the day of travel or even the destination of your trip online or by contacting our call centre, or by visiting our sales offices and partner travel agents. Your reservation number will be required for this process and a modification fee will be applied plus any fare difference that may occur.

Modifications can be done up to 24 hours from the scheduled departure time if you booked Basic Fare. However, if you purchased Flexi, you will be able to do the modification up to 8 hours before the scheduled departure time without any modification charge.
